RAICO Bautechnik GmbH initiates generation change
Bernd Schweinberger and Hagen Weber take over as managing directors on 1 October 2023
Pfaffenhausen, 14 July 2023: 31 years after the company was founded, RAICO Bautechnik GmbH, an internationally active company in the field of innovative façade systems and building envelopes, is setting the course for a generational change in management: On 1 October 2023, the current managing directors Albert Inninger and Manfred Hebel will hand over responsibility to the current authorised signatories Bernd Schweinberger and Hagen Weber.

Bernd Schweinberger and Hagen Weber have been with the company for many years, know the business, our customers and partners and are highly appreciated by the staff. RAICO is well prepared, and we are firmly convinced that the two will lead the family business into a good and successful future." says Albert Inninger.
Bernd Schweinberger, who has been with the company for 25 years and is currently Head of Finance and IT, will in future be responsible for Finance, Human Resources, IT and After Sales as Managing Director. Hagen Weber has been with RAICO for 13 years and is currently Head of Sales. As part of the management board, he will in future be in charge of Sales, Technology & Development and Marketing.
The two current managing directors will retire from the operative business on 1 October, but will remain associated with the company as representatives. As founder and majority shareholder, Albert Inninger will continue to accompany RAICO. Manfred Hebel will continue to actively represent RAICO in the various industry associations.

The aim of the future management is to continue the successful path of RAICO Bautechnik. In doing so, Schweinberger and Weber will continue to build on trusting and long-term customer relationships, the high quality and reliability of the products and services and a continuous development and expansion of the market presence at home and abroad.
The future management sees growth opportunities for RAICO especially in the international markets. Here, the company has recently strengthened its own presence with new sales offices in Spain and North America. There is also growth potential in the further development of the product portfolio in sustainable & serial construction, with a high degree of prefabrication, as the latest example of the new timber-aluminium element façade "ELEMENT+ H-I" shows.
The outgoing Managing Director Manfred Hebel hands over responsibility with pride and good wishes: "We are very pleased that we have succeeded in building up such a competent and committed management team over the past years. Now is the right time to hand over to the next generation. We wish our successors good luck, much joy and success!"
