On a wild slope of Bowen Island, a home unfurls like a wave—three pavilions drifting downward through fir and stone, tethered by a sweeping roofline that catches the sky. Inside, light pours through RAICO’s THERM+ A-I aluminium curtain wall, framing forest and sea in every glance.
Concrete, timber, and glass meet in a quiet symphony of contrast, where the rawness of form becomes a kind of softness.
A dwelling not just built, but composed.
