Europe’s largest fast-charging station – clad in wood
The Sortimo Innovation Park is positioned as Europe’s largest fast-charging hub, with 144 electric charging points, standing out not only for its charging infrastructure but also for the building’s exterior design. The building, with its highly futuristic appearance, houses offices, a restaurant and exhibition area, as well as storage and technical facilities in the basement. The aim was to develop an innovation park focusing on digitalisation, energy efficiency and innovation. The building’s façade was constructed using our THERM+ H-I timber façade system.
