A new world for long-held values

Compliance is the basis for the trust within the RAICO team and the trust of our partners.
Anyone who deals with RAICO can rely on RAICO. Obeying the law as well as the
principles of free and fair competition is more important than economic interests or wishes.
That is what we expect from ourselves and from our partners.

Team Compliance

Our recipe for success is our team. Every single employee counts and deserves respect. This tolerance determines our corporate culture. RAICO protects its employees from discrimination and sanctions violations.

Fair Competition

Our corporate activities are guided at all times by the principles of free and fair competition. Unfair business practices or collusive practices that violate antitrust law – we do not go along with that.

Corruption

RAICO makes its decisions based on merit. Our decisions are based on quality and scope of the products and services on offer. Extraneous considerations do not play a part in our decision to conclude a business transaction. The best offer wins the contract.

Protection of information

At RAICO, internal and external confidential information is protected with the same care. We treat the personal data of our employees or those of our partners strictly in accordance with data protection regulations.

Human Rights

RAICO fundamentally and comprehensively commits to respecting human rights. They serve as non-negotiable guidelines and the universal benchmark for our operations. We are aware of our responsibility and know that our business activities harbour risks that could potentially lead to human rights violations. We prevent modern forms of slavery. We also apply these principles to our supply chains.
