The Life Sciences Building at the University of Bristol is not just a research centre – it is a place that brings people together. With flowing aluminium forms enveloping state-of-the-art laboratories, traditional Bath Stone as a nod to the past, and a light-filled atrium at its heart, the building bridges the gap between old and new to foster curiosity and collaboration. A RAICO steel mullion-transom façade with structural glazing ensures light-filled spaces and high performance – just like the science carried out within it.
