The new power station in Baku by Erginoğlu & Çalışlar Architects revitalises an industrial heritage site and showcases RAICO’s aluminium mullion-transom façade, which frames views of the bay within contemporary, geometric forms crafted from zinc and timber. It serves as a vibrant cultural hub, bringing together historic industrial sculptures, dynamic interiors and carefully designed outdoor spaces that respond to Baku’s climate and enhance the waterfront.
